• Payment Information: Credit or debit card details processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Contact Information: Email address provided for receipt delivery.

We also collect standard technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We use collected information to:

• Generate and deliver your requested pay stub PDF
• Process your payment and issue a receipt
• Respond to customer support inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Pay stub generation data — including employee names, addresses, and pay details — is used solely to generate your PDF and is purged from our active servers within 24 hours of your transaction.

We do not store Social Security Numbers beyond the session in which your stub is generated. Only the last four digits you provide are used, and these are not retained after the session ends.

Transaction records (amount, date, and email) are retained for up to 7 years as required for financial and tax compliance.
