Terms of Service

EzPayStubs provides an online tool that allows individuals and businesses to generate pay stub documents in PDF format. Users enter income and employment information, receive a watermarked preview at no cost, and may purchase and download a clean PDF copy for a one-time fee of $7.99 per stub (or applicable bulk pricing).

EzPayStubs is a document generation tool. We are not a payroll service, employer of record, tax advisor, or legal advisor. Documents generated through our service are formatted representations of information you provide.

You agree to use EzPayStubs only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and represents real income you have earned or paid.
• You will not use generated documents to misrepresent your income, employment status, or financial situation.
• You will not use this Service to create fraudulent documents for use in financial applications, loan applications, rental applications, immigration filings, or any other context where fraudulent documentation is illegal.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will not resell, reproduce, or distribute documents generated for others without their consent.

Creating fraudulent pay stubs is a serious crime. EzPayStubs is intended solely for legitimate documentation of real, actual income. Misuse of our Service may result in criminal prosecution. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Pricing: Individual pay stubs are $7.99 each. Business bulk orders of 10–49 stubs are $6.99 each. Enterprise orders of 50+ stubs are $5.99 each.

Free Preview: A watermarked preview of your stub is provided at no charge before payment. You are encouraged to review all details carefully before purchasing.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are generally final once a PDF has been delivered. However, if there is a technical error on our part that prevents delivery of the purchased stub, we will provide a full refund or re-generation at no charge. Requests must be submitted to support@ezpaystubs.com within 48 hours of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for stubs generated with incorrect information provided by the user, as the free preview allows full review before purchase.

The EzPayStubs website, logo, design, software, and all content (excluding user-provided data) are the intellectual property of EzPayStubs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Upon payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated PDF for its intended lawful purpose. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the PDF template design or generation software.

EzPayStubs uses current federal and state withholding tables and standard IRS formulas to estimate tax deductions. While we strive for accuracy, these calculations are estimates based on the information you provide and current tax tables.

We do not guarantee that calculations meet any specific legal, accounting, or regulatory standard. Individual tax situations vary. For official payroll processing, consult a licensed payroll service or CPA.

Your use of EzPayStubs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZPAYSTUBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzPayStubs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any fraudulent or misrepresentative use of documents generated through the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have provided one) and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
